I don't know. I have never used one. All I know is that this deer/felt/soap thingamajig is pretty darn cute!

Etsy Find of the Week: Felted Soaps
I'm not sure what the deal is with felted soaps, but they seem to be quite popular among crafty types. I gather there's a bar of soap inside the felt covering, and as you use it in the bath, the suds come through and the felt acts like a scrubbing washcloth type of thing. The felt shrinks as you use up the soap, so I guess after the soap melts you're left with... a little felt scrubbing pad?

Okay you and your soap are scaring me a little. you need to add Angelology (sp?, who know I can't spell) to your list. I am almost done with it and quite enjoying it.
